With reference to your despatch No. 292 of the

15th of June I approve the payment to Mr. C.F. Hamilton

of a temporary bonus of 100 a month with effect from the

5th of May, 1940, while he is acting as Control Officer

at the Kai Tak aerodrome.

I also approve the resumption of the payment to

Mr. A.J.R. Moss of a bonus of $200 a month with effect

from the same date.
